Although new business I must highly and only recommend the team for any Solar enquiries and Installations.
From the beginning with Nigel the surveyor professionally walking me through the Open Solar software showing me the best use of my roof system and what to expect from it. When agreed the next steps hearing from the Installations team and advising about scaffolding and all other details.
Then came Install day and to be honest to see the team work together and get the system in place within 1 day with no disruption to myself or family was amazing. After being shown everything and the after support service I felt at ease that if any concerns I would hear from them – Thankfully there have been none.
When I thought all was said and done I had a call 2 days later from the after care team introducing themselves and offering to go through warranty pacakage and what to do if any issues arise.
I can honestly say that these guys have blown me away. Now on to the EV charger quote for the driveway as Ash ( head of Installs ) did suggest this.
